Digital Products

For downloadable digital products, access is provided electronically after the order has been successfully confirmed and reaches an eligible completed status. Where applicable, customers can access purchased files from their account download area.

No physical shipping charge applies to products identified as digital downloads.

Order Review and Payment Confirmation

Orders using manual payment methods may remain pending until payment or other required information has been reviewed and confirmed by Explore Technology Solutions Bangladesh. Download access is not released while an order remains pending, canceled, failed or otherwise incomplete.

Services and Other Deliverables

For consulting, training, software, implementation, support or other service-based purchases, the delivery method, schedule and scope will be communicated according to the relevant service description, quotation, agreement or order confirmation.
